Most frequent questions and answers
Why is this festival organized and by who?
Unknown Group is organizing the Titaal Festival to bring together the impact ecosystem in The Hague at our new Innovation Hub Titaan that we’ll open in 2023. Find out more by visiting our home page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For the whole festival, we work with tokens by which you can pay for your drinks and food. The tokens can only be paid by card. One token will be worth €2,50.
What will the program look like?
Doors open at 16:00h and we’ll finish at 22:00h, there will be snacks, sweets, dinner and drinks provided at the venue. We will have a mix of activities both for adults and children alongside a lineup of different entertainment sessions happening on the main stage. What is the limited age to enter the festival?
Everyone is welcome! We are also organizing activities for kids from the age of 3 – 10.
How can I join the activities?
All activities are open to everyone, and you can join on the spot.
What is included in the ticket?
Your ticket will give you access to the festival site, concerts, activities such as silent disco karaoke, football, salsa dancing, and more. The only thing excluded will be drinks and food.
What is the location of the festival?
The festival is hosted in the parking lot of our new building, Titaan. The address is Saturnusstraat 95, 2516 AG in The Hague.
Can I reach the festival via public transport?
Definitely! It’s a 15-minute walk from Voorburg Station, or you can take the bus to the Melkwegstraat from the train station Den Haag Holland Spoor.
Can I park my car or bike closeby the festival?
Yes. In the area, there is enough parking space for your car. However, you’ll pay the general price for parking in The Hague, which is around € 5,00 per hour. We advise you to take public transport.
If you come by bike, you can park your bike directly at the entrance of the festival.
What kind of foods and drinks will be served?
We will be providing street food served by Jack Bean & Van Eck Catering, having both meat and vegan options. There will also be snacks and sweets available on the festival site. In regards to drinks, there will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options served.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the festival site?
No. It’s not allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks to the festival site.
Can I bring my bag to the festival site?
Yes. But there will be a safety check at the entrance where your bag will be checked.
Will there be a wardrobe or lockers at the festival?
No. There won’t be a wardrobe or lockers available.
Are the toilets at the festival for free?
Yes.
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. We took measures to make sure everyone is welcome at our event. All entrances are big enough for wheelchairs, there won’t be any stairs and we have an accessible toilet on site.
I’m pregnant. Can I visit the festival?
During pregnancy, it’s your responsibility to make sure you are able to attend the festival. Discuss this with your doctor. The festival site does not have special facilities for pregnancy.
Are there any medical points on the festival site?
We have taken care of a first aid point for emergencies.
